Although Compin Fainsa is strongly established in the different parts of the world, the Group organization aims at more convergence: sales, finance, project management, purchasing, quality, engineering and R&D teams are managed centrally. They share work methods and process, keeping their individual strengths at a local or international scale.
The Group’s process and standards are unified and under the responsibility of the Group Quality director and the CEO. Management rules are the same ; KPIs, goals and results are shared monthly between the Management team and the local plants.

The Group is organized in 4 different Business Units serving dedicated interconnected markets:

• Services (Spares, Maintenance Repairs and Overhaul – MRO -, …)
These 4 Business Units integrate their own Sales, Project Management and Engineering teams while Purchasing, Operations (Supply Chain and Production), Quality, Finance and IT are supporting the Business Units activities.
