Technologies and Manufacturing Capacities

COMPIN FAINSA, thanks to its innovative production processes and several decades of industrial experience, has built an advantage in the production of seats and equipment for the railway and bus industries. On over 50,000 m2, we conduct industrial processes with attention to the highest quality details. Each year, we deliver over 400,000 seats from our factories to customers, manufactured by specialists whom we employ and develop. We designed our factories so that as many processes as possible were produced in-house. This gives us an advantage by simplifying the supply chain, optimizing costs and perfect understanding of the quality of manufactured components. As part of the main production stream, we use inhouse:

• CNC metal centers for 2D laser cutting, milling, turning and bending processes
• Welding processes both manually and using Kuka industrial robots
• Foaming produce polyurethane foam by injection using industrial robots.
• Plastic elements using the injection method molds base on our over 25 year experience of this area
• Fully automatic Powder Lines  for precisely covering every square cm of our elements
• Automatic Fabric Cutting processes and the Sewing room for sew covers for our seats  - this  is unique skills  our seamstresses
• Final Assembling it is heart of our plants, where we carry out ergonomic and modern seat production

All of our products are subjected to thorough and complex diagnostics including electricals test

Industrial processes are supervised by MES/MRP/ERP software, which online monitors the quality of each production cycle.
